The Sale GROW group currently meets on Thursdays from
7-9pm in room 18a at ACES.
GROW provides support, encouragement and assistance
in dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship
issues and many other mental health concerns. Weekly
structured meetings using a 12 Step program are conducted
in Sale and other towns in Gippsland.
GROW began in Sydney in 1957, is funded by the Department
of Human Services, and has a long track record of helping
people get their lives back on track and keep them that
way.

| Sale Neighbourhood House is a not-for-profit organisation
which offers the community adult education in the way
of art, craft, woodwork, sewing, etc. classes. All courses
are very reasonably priced. We offer childcare for parents
attending classes, again at a very reasonible cost. We
also offer occassional childcare session which are 3 hour
